Dawn is a former national gymnast and qualified in Personal Training and Nutrition in the United Kingdom in 2004. Following this, she moved back to Zimbabwe and studied sports management. She started instructing pilates in 2005 and opened her own studio in 2010. Over the years she has gradually expanded and now offers a wide range of classes such as mat, reformer and barre pilates. In her spare time, Dawn keeps active through cross fit and enjoys clay pigeon shooting. Dawn aspires to make a positive difference to all clients and strives to help reach their goals.

Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. It helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. It is beneficial for anyone who wishes to improve core strength & stability, prevent injury, relieve stress & pain, improve posture, balance & coordination, enhance athletic performance, increase body awareness & rehab from an injury. Aurora Pilates offers both private and semi-private classes ranging from mat and reformer to TRX and Tabata.
